Please note that all custom orders are final and cannot be cancelled once placed. Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and produced according to your specifications. As such, we are unable to offer cancellations, modifications, or refunds on custom orders. We encourage you to review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, though this may vary depending on product availability and customization requests. Please note: Some products are made to order, which may result in longer delivery times.
4. Payment
All payments for products and services must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, which will be displayed during the checkout process.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We offer shipping to various locations, with delivery times varying depending on the destination. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate, as we are not responsible for lost or misdirected shipments due to incorrect information.
Some products are shipped directly from manufacturers or suppliers located outside the European Union. While Feldgrau Militaria is a company registered in the Netherlands, this does not mean that all products are manufactured or dispatched from within the EU.
For shipments originating outside the EU, the recipient may be required to pay import VAT, customs duties, and/or courier handling fees upon delivery. These charges are imposed by local customs authorities and courier services and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
Feldgrau Militaria has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Any such fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts these conditions.

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions or other content on our website are error-free. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact us before placing your order.
7. Returns and Refunds
For non-custom items, we accept returns and refunds in accordance with our return policy.
Custom orders, as mentioned earlier, are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund. This also applies to uniforms with sewn-on insignia, such as those listed in the Full Uniform category.
